Great location and price
Positive: Easy parking, cozy suite, coffee pot and small kitchen area. Safe location, and close to restaurants and beach.

Would not hesitate to stay here again. Fantastic experience.
Positive: Room was ready early in the morning the day we arrived, well ahead of standard check in time.
Negative: Not within owner's control, but there is a garage band neighbor across the street that practiced for about 2-3 hours Saturday eveing. Fortunately they stopped at a reasonable hour.

Great place!
Positive: We've stayed at this home before but the setup was different. The suite we stayed in (remodeled from a garage) is an all in one for us. We love it.
